Marjoram

Marjoram has anti-inflammatory properties, due to its antioxidant content, such as: Carvacrol, and antioxidants often fight free radicals; which prevents cell damage, and protects them from inflammation and tumors. Marjoram (Origanum Majorana) is also used in the food industry as a spice added to foods. It is rich in nutrients such as potassium, magnesium, and iron. It is also used in many countries to decorate social occasions because of its beautiful aromatic scent.
