Exporters& Suppliers  :

• I undertake and commit to provide my full legal name, a valid email address and any other information required to complete the registration process.
• I undertake and commit to clearly explaining all the details of the deals offered and all data related to them.
• I undertake and commit not to share any information or data related to suppliers and commercial agents.
• I undertake and commit to the credibility of the content of the deals I offer and the prices if they are announced through the platform.
• I undertake and commit not to exchange and share personal accounts and what they contain of passwords or the like.
• Your login information may only be used by one person. It is not permitted to register a single account shared by multiple people.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Marketela cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
• You are responsible for all content posted and any activity that occurs on your account.
• The supplier is committed to delivering transactions on time, and in the event of any delay, the other party will be notified.
• You must be a human element. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not allowed.

Importers:

• You can communicate with the supplier and obtain the deals you want without any intervention from the company through the platform.
• You must verify the supplier’s data before requesting the transaction.
• You must take all guarantees with the supplier before sending any financial transactions
• You must be a human element. Accounts registered by “robots” or any other automated methods are not permitted.

Marketela

• Marketela is a commercial supply and demand network that provides you with attractive display tools to attract larger orders from merchants, but the responsibility for the order remains with you as a supplier, so you must improve dealings and negotiations and provide products of respectable quality and reasonable prices.
• Marketela’s role ends with supply and demand between suppliers and agents, and all external agreements and contracts are your responsibility as a supplier or merchant.
• Marketela does not receive any commissions or percentages on transactions between agents and suppliers.
• In the event of a bad evaluation and repeated complaints about the supplier’s offers on the network, Marketela will cancel the supplier’s membership from the network without refunding your subscription value.
• In the event of reporting with official proof that fraud or deception has occurred by suppliers and importers in one of the transactions displayed on the network, it will be immediately excluded without refunding any value from the subscription value and placed on the blacklist of the network’s commercial transactions.
• Marketela is committed to refunding the subscription fees to the supplier in the event that the subscription period expires without any notifications, messages or requests being received by the supplier during the specified subscription period.
• Marketela is committed to reporting and sending notifications in the event that any technical update is provided on its platform.
